Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using the Varor Cyber Quiz platform (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the Service.

Eligibility and accounts

You may browse and play practice content as a guest. To save scores, earn badges, and appear on leaderboards you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

Rules of conduct

When using the Service you agree not to:

• Cheat, manipulate scores, or otherwise tamper with quizzes, timers, or leaderboards.
• Use automated scripts, bots, or scraping tools to access the Service or extract its question bank.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity or affiliation.
• Submit false, misleading, or abusive feedback about questions or other users.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or its infrastructure.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable regulations.

Intellectual property

All quiz questions, answers, explanations, branding, and other content on the Service are owned by or licensed to Varor and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the content without our prior written permission. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Data usage

We collect and use your information as described in our Privacy Policy. In short, your email address is used for authentication and account notifications, and your quiz data powers your profile, badges, streaks, and the public leaderboard (which shows your display name, never your email). We do not sell your data.

Third-party services and payments

Certain features, including purchases of products or memberships, may be provided through third-party platforms and payment providers. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for the availability, content, or practices of third-party services.

Availability and changes

We may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times. We may also update these Terms from time to time; continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service and its content are provided "as is" and "as available" for educational and entertainment purposes only. Quiz content does not constitute professional security advice. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Varor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you breach these Terms or misuse the platform. You may stop using the Service and request deletion of your account at any time.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
